HOW DO I KNOW I AM IN A CLASS??

• After joining a class, you will receive a notification in your TurboRoster Inbox and via email that you have entered a class.  Now, if you paid via credit card you will be automatically placed in a class.  If you opted to pay via check, you will not be entered into the class until the check is received by the Organization and approved.  Only at that time will you be placed in the class

I Paid Via Check and I don't see myself in the class.  

• Please read above.  You will not be in the class until your check is received by the organization.  We encourage all members to pay via credit card to ensure that you are in the class.

I paid via credit card and I was not placed in a class

• Most probable your credit card information is incorrect.  Please contact your credit card to make sure you were charged.  If you were not, please go through the process again.
